BRIDAL TRAILS
At Brides Personified we recommend that all brides have a pre-wedding trial between 3 months and 6 weeks prior to your wedding. This will give you the peace of mind and assurance that you’ll be completely satisfied on your wedding day with your chosen bridal hair and/or make-up look.
Your trial will begin with a consultation, I will discuss the desired look that you would like for your wedding day. Your hair length, colour, skintone, condition, bone structure, style, personality and any themes and aspects of your wedding including concepts and colours etc will all be considered.
Any allergies you may have, lifestyle goals including using vegan only products for your bridal hair and or makeup service etc will also be confirmed at this point.
Please do gather some ideas from magazines, social media, celebrity clippings and pictures as a guideline to your desired bridal look.
From the information you have provided, I will use my extensive training and experience to offer honest, flattering and professional suggestions that will emphasise your best features to create a style that will look amazing on you.
Once we have finished your look we will discuss and make any necessary alterations or restyles until you are 100% happy with the finished look.

TRAIL LOCATION
Your bridal trial can be held at your chosen location, I can come to you in hotels, functions rooms or your home. Brides Personified cover London, Surrey and most of South East England. Trails further afield can be arranged subject to availably and location, please just ask.
You are also welcome to have your trial at Helen Leonard Creative Studios in Surrey.
We are also able to travel anywhere in the UK or abroad for your actual wedding day, travel charges will apply.
WEDDING DAY
On your wedding day I will arrive at your chosen venue approximately 20-30 minutes early, to check any time schedules that you may have in place (particularly when there are several clients) and to set up my equipment for the day. If I have arranged a team of artist for you we will all aim to arrive together.
Brides Personified take every care a precaution to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and perfectly to time.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
To book Brides Personified for your wedding day, a non-refundable deposit is taken to confirm your wedding date with Brides Personified. I (Helen Leonard) personally attend every bridal trial and wedding day booking, for larger parties I have an amazing team to ensure everything runs to plan.
The deposit required is 30% of the total cost of your booking.
You do have a three day cooling off period from the date we receive your deposit. If you choose to cancel your booking within this time a refund of the deposit will be given.
Once we have received your deposit, your booking is deemed official and confirmed and your wedding date is blocked out of our calendar for you.
Wedding dates cannot be held open without deposit for any reason do to popular demand.
By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out (you will receive a full copy by email), as well as those on Brides Personified 100% Satisfied Bride Guarantee page.
The balance of your payment is due within seven days prior to your wedding date. If you choose to pay the balance on the day of your wedding this will be taken before we start your service, as things tend to get very busy after. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheque or credit/debit card payment on the day.

BRIDES PERSONIFIED – BRIDE + PARTY – This package includes Bridal Hair and Makeup for the Bride on the big day, and makeup up for up to 3 people in the bridal party (Bridesmaids or Mothers). You will also of course get your very own Bridal Beauty Story with Photos and a Video. All this for a great price of £475
Eyelashes & Hair Extensions
Eyelashes are included in all applications if required, we have several styles to suit most requirements . If you require hair extensions, hair pieces, wigs etc, the cost of these will need to be added and will be discussed with you at your consultation and trial.
Travel Charges & Mileage
We are able to work completely mobile so we can travel anywhere in the UK or abroad for your wedding. Travel costs as well as any accommodation required will need to be paid by you. If we are required to travel to you the following charges will apply
Where we will be driving to you, there will be no charge for the first 10 miles – travel will then be charged at 45p per subsequent smile. Congestion, toll and parking charges will be added to the cost.
Surcharges
The following surcharges may apply to your booking
£50 surcharge for Bank holiday bookings.
£30 for Out of hour’s business (before 7.30am or after 6pm)
£50 for Sunday Booking
Single Bookings
Please note that during the peak bridal season (April to October) Brides Personified require a minimum of two people to be booked on for your service for your wedding day, e.g. The Bride and one Bridesmaid, you are not all required to have a trail.
Cancellations and Changes to Bookings
All deposits paid to secure your booking with Brides Personified are non-refundable. Should you cancel your booking within four weeks of your wedding day, full payment will be required as we cannot guarantee will be able to re fill your date. You must notify us of cancellation in writing or by email.

Extra People on the Wedding Day
Brides personified would gladly extend our services to your friends and family. We can make these arrangements at the time of booking your wedding and in the lead up to your wedding.
Images, Videos and Social Media
Brides personified would like to show off our stunning brides. We will contact you or your photographer after you wedding and would love to see some of your professional wedding photos.
Brides personified will also take our own photos and videos whilst you and your bridal party are getting ready. These will be used to create you own bridal beauty story video and may also be used for marketing purposes. Please do let us know if you do not wish to participate in this.
